Where Family and Friends Gather

Can I bring my pet?  We recognize that pets are like family; however for the comfort and safety of your pet as well as other guests, we have a "no-pet-in-the-B&B" policy.  

What time is check-out?  We prefer before 12 o'clock (noon) so that we can clean and prepare the room for the next guest.  However, if you need a later check-out, just let us know and we can make arrangements with you.​

At Molly's Manor B&B, we value the safety and security of our guests.  Please know that security cameras and motion detector lights have been installed on the outside of the B&B and in the parking areas.  

Is Molly's Manor suitable for children? Children are welcomed at Molly's Manor.  We offer the Family Suite, the Apartment Suite or the Carriage House (visit the "Rooms and Rates" page for description of the rooms/beds in more detail.) Please consider the needs of your small children as we do not provide a Pack-n-Play or bed rails.  We will accommodate your little ones when it comes to breakfast - nothing fancy, just something yummy!

What is the cancellation policy?  We understand that travel plans can  sometimes change. We will allow a full refund in the event that travel becomes impossible or unsafe due to inclement weather or an illness.  Please contact us at your earliest opportunity if you know that you will be unable to keep your reservation. 

How many people can stay in one room?  Each room on the second floor is designed to comfortably accommodate one or two people.  The exception is the Apartment Suite (below the main floor) which has a large bedroom with two queen beds; an additional single bed can be set up upon request.

When is check-in? We're flexible when it comes to checking in.  Any time after 12 o'clock (noon) is fine, but we know that sometimes you need to be able to drop off your personal belongings ahead of checking in, and sometimes delays happen. If this is the case, just call or text us at 605-680-1685 to discuss your ETA so that we will be sure to meet & greet you at the front door and help carry in your luggage.
